In his State of the Union Speech in 2016, President Juncker described artists and creators as Europe's crown jewels. Creators from all over Europe (and the world) have voiced their desire to see the European Union put forward a meaningful solution to solve the Transfer of Value issue.

This petition allows our creators to show Europe why this is such a problem for them, and why we must fix it in order to allow freedom of speech and creativity to flourish.
